• Project managing artwork projects from design stages through approval to releasing artworks to printers.• Ensuring the correct colleagues viewed and approved designs using an online software.• Working closely and politely with external suppliers such as print management agencies and printers.• Monitoring the projects to ensure all deadlines at met.• Flagging any delays to projects and helping to provide a solution

Qualifications: Level 3 Combined Diploma in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT • Dealing with a wide range of projects at the same time.• Being able to work under pressure in a constantly evolving business.• A variety of basic admin duties including raising purchase orders and taking minutes.• Organising and running internal events to promote products. • Communicating politely with a wide variety of colleagues from team members to higher management.• Able to work on work based projects, whilst also keeping on track of apprenticeship coursework deadlines.• Learning new systems very quickly. • Managing yearly budgets.• Ability to create positive work relationships quickly with both colleagues and external suppliers.
