Moved clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to wowing them during a tour of Muse Event Center to creating tailored proposals to negotiating and getting the signed contract. Worked with clients throughout the planning process, including conducting venue walk-throughs, recommending vendors, guiding them through the expansive menu, finalizing event details, and managing aspects of their event that day. Pursued new business by prospecting existing and potential clients, hosting open houses, and participating in wedding fairs. Assisted with making many improvements to Muse Event Center, including streamlining processes, improving communication, upgrading décor, and strengthening vendor relationships.

Supported collegiate chapters on 32 campuses, managed and trained alumnae volunteers, assisted officers and general members, served as the liaison to Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, traveled to campuses as needed, and ensured over 2700 collegiate members had an enriching sorority experience. Assisted with planning and facilitating educational programs at regional and national conferences. Supervised and professionally developed a team of Educational Leadership Consultants who traveled full-time to campuses throughout the academic year.
