 Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage CRA direct reports and support their professional development; Develop RFPs and manage vendor selection process of CROs and vendors for multinational clinical studies; Manage CROs and vendors responsible for various clinical study tasks (i.e. monitoring, project management, laboratory services), as well as internal company resources, to ensure studies are being managed efficiently and critical timelines are met;  Ensure effective communication between CROs/vendors and interdisciplinary departments at Gilead as study issues arise; Manage the finalization of protocols and other study-related documents; Manage clinical study timelines and distribution of timelines to relevant parties; Utilize knowledge and understanding of FDA and/or EMEA Regulations, ICH Guidelines and GCPs governing the conduct of clinical trials; Serve as clinical trial resource to study management teams at Gilead.Specialties: HIV, Liver Disease (Hep B and Hep C), CNS (epilepsy and multiple sclerosis)
