I have been working with children and their families in nursery and sports settings for the past ten years and I am currently studying a BSc in Psychology through the Open University whilst working as a teaching assistant in a fabulous SEN school. In my previous role I worked collaboratively in a team to provide parents and families with support including behaviour guidance, an understanding of child development, signposting to services as well as supporting their emotional well-being. I have previous experience coaching gymnastics where gained skills in building trusting relationships with older children in order to support them to engage in sport and participate in team environments. My long term goal is to become an educational Psychologist.
