I am a highly organised individual with a passion for achieving goals. I have excellent communication skills, which allows me to continue to develop relationships with key stakeholders and customers. In turn, this helps to support delivering key objectives across the business. Currently I am working on the Severn Trent Green Recovery Programme for the £76 million project portfolio to deliver replacing approximately 25,000 water supply pipes in the Coventry area, and 1,000 in Shropshire by the end of March 2025. This project will protect thousands of customers from potential harmful effects from lead in drinking water; upgrade customers’ assets, while notably reducing leakage from customer’s pipes and we will proudly be putting green incentives back into our communities.
