My personal and professional journey has led me to the mission I am passionately pursuing today.Chronic lung disease patients are underserved and stigmatised. Currently 0.8% of those with COPD access vital pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) which reduces hospitalisation, improves quality of life and productivity. We cannot look away!Driven by a commitment to address this urgent need, I co-founded ex-able. Our goal is to enable hospitals & clinics to provide accurate, safe, and cost-effective remote rehabilitation for those with lung conditions, monitoring for exacerbation risk.With 30 years of experience across four countries, I have worked with many patients and partnered with esteemed organizations such as the Lung Health Foundation, BC Lung Foundation, McGill and Respiplus. This extensive experience has provided me with a deep understanding of patient behaviour along with the challenges and inequities in serving them.
