SAP EHSM configuration lead for Incident Management. Meet with internal business customers to discuss opportunities, challenges and priorities. Implement configuration changes and coordinate programming changes for enhancements and releases. Evaluate SAP releases and new functionality to determine applicable benefits to the custom EHSM environment. Provide enterprise wide technical and functional support for both custom and off the shelf software applications. This includes desktop and mobile platforms as well as integrated software solutions. Perform requirements elicitation, analysis and verification to ensure that requirements map back to the business need and that solutions are relevant and efficient. Leverage communication and collaboration with stakeholders to perform UAT, training and process development. Regularly perform project management skills such as establishing scope, risk management, resource allocation and negotiation.

Responsibilities include Database Administrator, specializing in MS Access and SQL Server. Administration of Microsoft Sharepoint content management system. Procurement, deployment and management of telecommunication assets. Development and monitoring of KPI's, including data mining and analysis of sales and marketing data. Development of training curriculum and implementation of Salient UXT data analysis tool as well as other various in-house programs.

Provide technical assistance to users and serve as a technical expert in the use of government logistical supply database management systems. Extensive use of structural and logical database concepts. Daily activities involve planning, design, modification and implementation of database objects in various formats (MS) to the specifications of end-users. Ensure that user programs and documentation are complete and conforms to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities involve assisting engineers with daily duties including: Conducting pre-design CW crane tests; conduct footprint test for on air sites to be utilized in performing model optimization. RF signal strength and interference data collection; data processing and plotting. Call reliability testing. Identifying network problems and resolving customer trouble tickets. Assist in-building data collection and post processing. Strong combination of analytical, computational, and interpersonal skills critical to any business environment. Extensive time management and work optimization experience. Requires extreme discipline and dependability.
