We required a smooth, overnight transition from the DRT to Alamo Trust management. Hired all Alamo staff, developed the organizational structure, created job descriptions and managed the legal team to set up the corporation. After formation, trained and managed staff, and developed processes and policies - all with no increase in spending budget and no increase in FTE at the Alamo.Worked closely with the GLO government relations team to report and provide information to elected statewide leaders in a timely and efficient way.
