Duties include but are not limited to recruiting, hiring, on boarding, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and retention. Responsible for Joint Commission surveys and survey readiness.Monitor and coordinate leave programs, workers compensation, and disability claims for hospital employees. Provide employee relations and policy & procedure guidance to hospital directors and leadership.

Responsible for building relationships with partners to improve service and operational excellence. Traveling onsite to train the electronic modules along with the processes involved in culture change and improving operations throughout the healthcare facility.
