Responsible for all destination marketing initiatives, including management of marketing budget, destination marketing advertising budget, strategy and placement of all print and digital advertising. Day to day management of the marketing team, which includes the group tour sales manager and the public relations/communications manager. Manage relationship with Simpleview and Barberstock for website and digital asset management systems.

Responsible for promoting Frederick to the group tour market, including leisure travelers, meetings market and sports marketing. I attend trade shows throughout the year promoting Frederick to various markets.
