Onsite ISD with the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS)I managed daily course development activities on-site. I had daily and direct interaction with personnel working at multiple-levels allowing me to act as a liaison between RPS and ABS. Additionally, I prepared weekly management updates to provide the schedule status and forecasting of resources for all courses and other projects to internal team members, project management, and customer personnel.I am an expert in the analysis, design, development, revision, and validation of training products using the Instructional System Development (ISD) process. Performing analysis to understand client needs allows me to present rationale supported solutions to stakeholders. I locate needed resources and interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop content including design documents, storyboards, narration scripts, and graphics. Onsite ISD with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS) Instructional Content Review (ICR). Each month a select number of courses go through the maintenance cycle for the course materials. During this process I have been the lead Instructional Systems Designer, and have successfully balanced completing the necessary edits, performing quality assurance checks, delivering course materials to the FAA client, as well as coordinating the meetings for the next ICR, discussing changes with the client, and scoping the work required for each course going through the cycle.Computer-Based Instruction (CBI). As lead Instructional Systems Designer for converting a number of CBI courses to Catapult, I worked closely with programmers and the FAA customer in order to complete several CBI revisions that had been on hold awaiting a resource. In addition, I led the initial steps of a major revision of the previous Runway Incursion course.
