- Direct oversight and management of general managers, management teams and team members with recruiting, training and development, operational excellence and fiscal management
- Created, trained and presented multiple workshops designed to improve execution of standards, focus on leadership and operational needs of the business.
- Managed, hired, trained and developed 14 restaurant general managers, 18 assistant managers and numerous shift leaders and store trainers.
- Responsible for HR management including staffing, acquisition of talent, employee grievances, policy enforcement, disciplinary actions and termination
- Implementation of marketing initiatives and development of marketing to drive market specific results
