INSIGHTS AND INDICATED ACTIONS • Generated meaningful insights to empower global growth and adoption for the UGG Australia and Teva footwear brands, with a focus on China, Japan and the UK. I also established the consumer insights function at Outdoor Voices and served as the voice of the customer in business, brand and product decisions. INTEGRATED MARKETING • At Vespa USA and KEEN Footwear, I partnered with sales and product teams to develop seasonal integrated marketing campaigns, and oversaw relationships with partner PR, branding and digital agencies. INTERNATIONAL MARKETING• As International Marketing Manager for the UGG, Teva and Simple footwear brands, I was responsible for understanding and communicating market-specific product and branding requirements. On the subsidiary side, I worked with Vespa’s Italian headquarters to re-launch the brand in the US. PRODUCT AND UX MANAGEMENT • Partner with dev to define platform requirements and chart an agile approach to product development and iteration.
