Working specifically for RLF Brighton, my role focusses on strengthening the RLF name with an emphasis on local presence, nurturing current clients and bringing new business to a professional team who are all passionate about their jobs. It is a fantastic opportunity and a great place to work!

My role consisted of branding, marketing and organisation of all events across the 10 locations across the UK. Duties included managing the website, in-house marketing and planning yearly events, as well as opening parties and PR launches.

Symposium Consulting was a professional conference organising company which I established in 2000. The European Multiple Sclerosis Platform (EMSP) was my main client, however I also worked for a number of smaller companies organising their events. My role included venue finding as well as negotiation of contracts. Other responsibilities included production and sales of sponsorship and exhibition packages and sales of exhibition space. Working closely with the CEO I was employed to produce the conference programme and provide a full delegate management service both in registration and on-site.
