After three years of experience in the education sector, I am excited to have started my new career in Customer Success. There are more similarities between Teaching and Customer Success than you might think, so I can't wait to apply my skills in a new context and help my customers achieve their definition of success and beyond. With excellent organisation and communication skills, I am confident when setting clear expectations and working within small and larger teams. I enjoy teaching people and watching them succeed, and I'm looking forward to bringing this enthusiasm when supporting my customers along their journey to success. After completing my Level 1 Certification in Customer Success Management, I know that I have many transferable skills that will be a huge asset to my career, so I'm excited to work with new people and continue to grow in the Customer Success industry.
