I’m an educator, writer, and make-up artist located in the Chicago area. I have more than ten years of experience working in the beauty and theatre industries. I am both a freelance make-up artist and wig and make-up designer; I also have experience working in wardrobe and dramaturgy. I have eight years of experience as a freelance writer. My writing experience includes content writing, copywriting, creative nonfiction, and poetry. I’ve also worked as an editor and proofreader.I have extensive experience working in the cosmetic retail industry. I have seven years of experience working in cosmetic retail, with three of those years being store and property management experience.I’ve been working as an educator for seven years. My work as an educator includes being an adjunct professor in the theatre departments at both DePaul University and Roosevelt University as well as teaching a wide range of make-up artistry classes for Kryolan Professional Make-Up.
