Designed, coordinated and facilitated training for the 1200+ Sales Executives in 40+ office locations for RE/MAX Results. Developed over 25 MN Commerce-approved CE classes and scheduled training focused on the needs of the agents with a wide range of experience levels, to educate on market trends, introduce technology platforms, and teach successful sales methods. Designed a curriculum, "Results Ready", for newly licensed agents with classes to guide them in the development of their business. In 2023 taught 127 classes to over 1250 attendees awarding nearly 2100 CE credits. Partnered with a variety of service and resource providers to integrate into the training schedule to keep agents informed and updated on tools and resources. Presented in live classroom and Zoom webinar format instruction methods. Organized and hosted special events featuring timely topics and agent panels. Created an all-day CE event and Vendor Fair with over 450 attendees participating and 25 vendors.
