Generate quotations and handle the processing of purchase orders. Utilize HubSpot and NetSuite as internal CRM tools to monitor activities, manage quotes, and track sales orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales, purchasing, shipping and receiving, and engineering teams regarding spare parts. Interpret and comprehend our numbering system for both purchased and machined parts. Possess a fundamental understanding of engineered drawings stored in Vault.
