I am responsible for overseeing the Sea of Thieves Insider Programme, which is a Public Test Beta that showcases upcoming features and is currently releasing new updates twice a week. In order to gather valuable player sentiment and insights, I coordinate feedback threads on a private forum platform and provide regular sentiment reports to the development team. Additionally, I collaborate closely with the designers and producers to create player-facing patch notes based on the internal release notes. During the launch of Sea of Thieves on PlayStation 5, this role also extended to the PS5 Closed Beta Test group.As a member of the communications team, I contribute to the monthly updates for the retail edition of Sea of Thieves, including hotfixes, scheduled monthly updates, and major seasonal releases. In addition to these updates, I also play a role in managing communication across our various discursive social platforms, such as Discord, official forums, and the Steam Community Hub, where I assist in moderating these platforms to ensure a positive and engaging experience for our community.
