I began watching their 11-week-old twins full-time, and eventually added on their new baby girl a few years later. For 7+ years now, I have cared for their children, helping to teach them with developmentally-appropriate activities and learning, taking them on adventures… And helping with various household chores connected to childcare.

Babysat for many children over the years -- belonging to at least 18 different families. Responsible for the safety and care of the children; feeding, playing, and comforting them, changing diapers, taking them for walks and on field trips to the zoo, library, and other places; driving them safely in the car, reading to them, teaching them, singing to them, rocking them to sleep, etc.. I have also helped with cooking, laundry, and other housecleaning.

As a side business, I am an Independent Business Owner through Amway. I have a website where I provide quality products, gift cards, and opportunities for others to also become their own boss, purchase wholesale products, gain valuable confidence, travel, and meet amazing people through the business! For myself, I like the amazing flexibility, the quality of the products, the convenience of the website, the advantage of purchasing wholesale, and the knowledge and experiences I have been privileged to gain.

I assisted the lawyers with various duties -- made phone calls, checked emails, filed, computer data entry, a little cleaning, and helped to make clients feel comfortable when they visited the office.

I assisted with accounting, payroll, some taxes, statistics and other paperwork, bank deposits, HR, customer service, social media, interviewing and hiring employees, running errands, and other general duties.

Hard to believe I was there for almost 13 years!I managed our property [of 150 units], as well as supervised my maintenance man and office assistant. Our property was purchased in August 2015 by the management company Prism Real Estate Services, LLC -- for whom I worked a little while before moving on.I was responsible for renting apartments and keeping the property full (I learned how to keep us at 100% fully occupied pretty consistently -- with a waiting list -- for several years); I also managed the everyday issues that came up: maintenance requests, complaints, disputes, processing applications, making bank deposits, balancing the rent roll, typing up agreements, occasionally filing evictions and sending accounts to collections, and handling move-outs and disposition of their security deposits.Rainbow Ridge Apartments won an award with ApartmentRatings.com for being one of the Top Rated apartment complexes in 2013, 2014, and 2015! Most of our tenants were students or staff at the Kansas University Medical Center just up the street, or at UMKC.I was also responsible for placing the majority of our orders, advertising, and was highly involved in the hiring/firing process of contractors and employees, and of property improvements/decisions. Proficient in the use of OneSite (RealPage), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and TurboTax, I could also maneuver my way around some other computer programs, and regularly updated our online website and Facebook page.I know only English fluently, but can communicate it well.I always tried to be kind, understanding, and helpful to anyone who walked through my office door! But I also did then and continue to hold myself and others to high expectations.

Bartending for some of the weddings and other banquets hosted at this fancy upscale country club in Western Missouri.

Researched, reviewed, and chose music for my choir to sing; would attach links and images to the bi-weekly emails to keep all my choir on the same page with practicing; would also lead choir practices and attempt to teach methods of blending, projecting, and staying on pitch! We sang for Mass every Sunday and several extra days during the month.

The typical jobs required and expected of a server and bartender in an upscale, yet still somewhat casual, restaurant.

Used Quickbooks to process invoices and payments for all the clients and employees; did various other paperwork, and occasion cleaning.

Originally hired to be mainly a Buffet Attendant, I gradually worked my way into helping in almost every area of the restaurant; the only thing I never did was Line Cook. I enjoyed meeting new people from all over, as they came into our restaurant or sat at my tables!

Advertized and met with prospective clients; showed and rented apartments and houses; wrote letters and eviction notices; organized paperwork; accepted rent payments; balanced the rent roll; did general cleaning; handled getting maintenance requests completed; and wrote out checks.

Watched three little children -- ages 3 and under at the time I left. Also, some housework and occasional cooking.
