Becky is a 24+ year Brand Marketing veteran whose career spans roles as an agency Founder, Marketing Director Consultant, Advertising Business Lead, Account Director, and Business Development Director. Becky is a born leader—one with clear vision, the ability to implement strategy down to the most minute detail and a warm, honest nature. She is a curious, strategic thinker and a devastatingly competent account lead who clients and teams seek out again and again.Becky is currently the Group Brand Lead over the P&G Fabric Care business (Tide, Gain, Bounce) at GUT New York. In her role as Founder and Director of Accounts at Fadduh Strategy + Brand Shop, Becky has led a diverse portfolio of clients that range from global, enterprise-level brands to start-ups across a range of verticals, including hospitality, tech, and CPG. She single-handedly built the agency from the ground up and has achieved year over year growth since its inception in 2017. With the exception of Fadduh’s founding client, whose business was awarded to Fadduh after a comprehensive agency pitch, all of her agency’s clients have come from Becky’s relationships, repeat business or referrals, and the shop maintains a consistent 5-star rating on Google. Becky has also served as consultant/CMO and brand consigliere for her clients who lack an in-house marketing lead or department. Prior to GUT and Fadduh, Becky’s experience spans global advertising agencies like Crispin Porter + Bogusky and Wunderman, creative boutiques, including Grenadier (now Barkley) and Made, as well as marketing gigs at the Clio Awards, the Miami Herald, and Westfield. Her diverse client roster includes global CPG and fashion brands, restaurant, hospitality, wine and spirits, and tech/startup clients. Becky is a straight-shooting Jersey girl known for her chutzpah, passion and innate ability to lead accounts and teams to successful outcomes. She treats her clients like family and usually opts for a hug over a handshake. She is a former Adjunct Professor for the College of Media, Communication and Information at her alma mater, University of Colorado at Boulder, a certified Wine Cellar Manager, and a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor. The lights of Becky’s life are her wife and three kids. In her downtime, you’ll often find her designing and projecting at their home in Boulder, riding bikes to the farmer’s market, cooking and entertaining for friends, gardening, skiing, or traveling—especially in their beloved camper, el Abuelo, that her family fully restored during COVID.
