The Faculty Research Group (FRG) is a membership based organization dedicated to supporting online faculty in higher education who are pursing collaborative research focused on online learning and teaching. The intent of the organization is to open scholarship opportunities to online adjunct instructors who might not otherwise have these opportunities. The organization functions as a non-profit business and includes a Board of Directors, a management team, and several staff positions. The FRG is a conduit for bringing collegiate online faculty members together to work as research teams, apply for scholarships and grants, and continue participating in scholarship activities to include publications and conference presentations. As Director of Technology I'm responsible for developing and maintaining FRG Fellowship’s website/web portal including implementing the ongoing development of the website, and day to day maintenance to insure accuracy of the information. Responsible for developing and upgrading FRG Fellowship's database.
