I worked with a cross-functional team to build and successfully launch a consumer and business banking app for OCCU members. I led the marketing team through the development of the customer facing app content, communication planning and launch of the new app. Overall, the launch was extremely successful and valuable to the organization and members alike. When Columbia Bank acquired Pacific Continental Bank, I was offered the opportunity to construct and implementing the marketing automation program for Columbia Bank.
