As an HR coordinator, my main responsibilities included coordinating department activities and organizing schedules for local and offsite peers. I also attended recruiting events, career fairs, reviewed resumes daily and conducted interviews for both local and regional call centers and retail stores. I entered and analyzed employee data to look for company trends, ran reports and calculated formulas such as stick rates and attrition. I also conducted new hire offers, processed paper work, and ran background reports.

My responsibilities as a talent finder consisted of managing multiple job reqs for both the retail and call center openings in the Midwest area. Managing reqs included reviewing resumes daily, corresponding and setting up interviews for myself and counterparts to conduct. I also posted openings and reviewed resumes on local college and job board websites. I provided offer information for retail and call center candidates as well as managed backgrounds reviews for each potential employee. I attended career fairs; community events and partnered with local HR team to ensure call center targets were on track and met.

As an office manager, I provided support to the team which included entering and paying bills, invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, and handling deposits. I also tracked overseas shipments, handled customer service, payroll and Ebay activities, and managed outgoing shipments.

As a living instructor, I provided support to clients which included monitoring consumers, preparing meals, distributing medications, and providing activities for entertainment. I also assisted management with daily and monthly reports, filing, and the organization of daily activities.
