• Manage economical workflows to execute concurrent and/or conflicting post-production projects; liaise between clients, internal creative departments, and ancillary vendors to ensure delivery deadlines are met• Allocate duties for post-production department managers and editors/technicians• Coordinate high-volume digital asset deliveries; track and route in-house master elements; initiate purchase orders and work orders; finalize billing invoices• Control incoming client telephone and e-mail communications; prioritize relevant technical specs and provide instructional support for client queries and requests• Troubleshoot QC report rejections and approve technical fixes; research procedural and file format specs• Process file-based encoding orders (UHD, MXF, MPEG, ProRes, J2K) for upload to digital archives; oversee the mastering of Dual-Language Features and Episodics (digital/tape) with localized audio and subtitling for delivery to international markets, as well as content-edited films airing on domestic cable• Generate editorial notes, update Google Docs, and proofread client-delivered formatting sheets; construct supplemental documents, including: profanity reports, descriptive audio scripts, dub cards, meeting notes, and timing sheets using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) on Mac and PC• Supervise creative content video and audio edits required to meet cable and broadcast network S&P guidelines• Create screener proxies (DVD, Blu-Ray, DCP, H.264) and clip reels to fulfill marketing/publicity requests• Current and/or past projects: main title/credits recreation; music replacement for licensing and legal contracts; archival transfer of aging elements; LKFS/CALM Act audio compliancy; non-English dialogue and M&E mixing; CC/subtitle origination• Familiar with video/audio formats, frame rates, aspect ratios, video codecs, professional-grade production equipment, and metadata tagging for digital content
