Becky is the president and founder of Pathways Behavioral Consulting, LLC. She is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) and special educator with experience in administration and the classroom. With over 15 years in special education working in public school settings, Becky has dedicated her career to improving outcomes for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Becky has extensive knowledge of how to design and create quality ABA programs for students with ASD in the schools while aligning to district initiatives and common core and alternative curriculum. Becky is also experienced in training parents to include early intervention services, home based therapy, and navigating the educational road map. Becky is a graduate of Auburn University and Vanderbilt University where she received a bachelor’s of science and masters of education in early childhood special education respectively. Becky also received a graduate certificate in applied behavior analysis from George Mason University and an educational leadership graduate certificate from The University of Virginia.
