• Complete a comprehensive Mental Health Assessment and Person Centered Plan including diagnoses from the DSM-IV-TR• Provide ninety days of intensive crisis stabilization therapy services in school, office, and home based settings• Arrange for referrals after the ninety days of intense crisis stabilization therapy • Administer psychological assessments including Columbia Scales, Ohio Scales, Locus, Childhood Severity of Psychiatric Illness (CSPI)• Coordinate treatment with case care with Medicare, Managed Care, and other providers• Co-facilitate level two substance abuse group therapy sessions for court mandated adult clients.
