• Regulation operation: Dive deep in Laws and regulations changes, government policy changes and business needs, identify request of new rule creation and iteration of existing rules. Ensure the rule rationality and fitness with the business development strategy. Align with business team on the implementation of the new regulations.- Scope: Seller registration, Seller performance assessment (including GMS, service level, credit score and product quality), illegality governance.• Project/Product operation: Design supporting processes and products to ensure the implementation of the rules and align with business team and operation team. Communicate with product team and developers with the PRD and support on UAT. We are responsible for the operational delivery of Seller Registration and Compliance Operations program and processes. Our mission is to protect the interests of end user, balance compliant and give a great customer experience. • Team setting up and management: Set up a new team of 14 team members, which was the first batch of the new function built in 2020/6. Act as the mentor of new managers when the other teams in CN site were built. Manage the team including hiring, new hire on-boarding and training, developing high potential employees, coaching for performance improvement, promotion and managing out.• Daily operation: Perform daily process audit and accuracy audit, coach for defect analysis and CAPA process. Propose and optimize processes based on Gemba audit to ensure effective workflow. Act as the workforce POC of CN site and own capacity and inflow analysis. Monitor and report operation metrics of the team.• Project management: Built New Hire Training Mechanism and led the worldwide rollout. Built and led the global launching of Performance Assessment guidebook of investigators, which was used in global OLR (quarterly performance review).
