My work journey has taken me many places, all of them unique, and each one building upon the last. My natural inclination to serve others is well-established, and also personally fulfilling for me.Building a business from a simple idea to a successful product line has rewarded me with resourcefulness, flexibility, business competency, strategic planning skills, and the priceless lesson that with sincere and steadfast effort all things are possible.My experiences in project management, client services, hospitality, and education have equipped me with a multitude of skills including organization, leadership, business operations, strategic planning, and exemplary customer service. Being open to feedback and direction has aided my growth, and approaching new experiences with humility has allowed me to learn quickly and gain efficiency. Serving as an executive and administrative assistant is my happy place. I thrive on the multitude of challenges that naturally present themselves, and take personal joy in finding a way to connect all the dots. I approach each day with a smile and a willingness to listen, comprehend, and to ultimately meet the needs of those that I serve; everyone wins. There is a craft to communication, and being the point of contact between leadership and employees is an art. It requires a special ability to be flexible, while being professional. To be understanding, while creating room for people to see both sides. It's the job of a liaison, and a job that I do very well.
