• Lead full lifecycle development of sustainability projects that reduce the environmental impact of Toyota’s operations throughout North America and improve the company’s brand, reputation, and relationships.• Negotiate solar energy acquisition (Virtual Power Purchase Agreement), collaborating with renewable energy developer, legal and finance teams to cost-effectively reduce Toyota’s greenhouse gas emissions by 8% across North America by 2023.• Lead nonprofit partnerships with World Wildlife Fund, Wildlife Habitat Council and Pollinator Partnership to protect bison, pollinators and native plant and animal species.•Develop 2021-2025 biodiversity strategy and targets to establish Toyota as a leader in biodiversity. Targets include developing 26,000 acres of pollinator habitat across North America and assessing Toyota’s biodiversity impacts in its value chain to develop science-based targets for nature. • Partner with internal communications team, creative agencies and consultants in communications projects: issuing press releases, development of annual environmental report, updating company website, and creating video content. Featured in Toyota sponsored Discovery Channel programs on monarch butterflies and renewable energy.

• Led a team of 3 Social Innovation Analysts and controlled a $3M budget. Designed and implemented innovative transportation projects to reduce carbon emissions while benefitting people in underserved communities. Met all project deliverables on-time and on-budget.• Designed a $500K pilot program providing on-demand last mile shuttle to transport warehouse staff from public transit to worksites. Managed public-private partnerships and delivered a successful proof of concept resulting in ongoing funding of $200k by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Analyzed weekly ridership data to improve service.• Established a $230K mobile market providing fresh, local produce to underserved communities in Southern Dallas in partnership with the University of North Texas Dallas.

• Conducted site visits of 15 grantees in the Research Triangle area dedicated to improving human and honeybee health and community and environmental health. Authored reports including progress in achieving stated goals, budget updates, challenges, success stories and feedback for the Foundation.• Developed initial relationship with 2 NGOs that will potentially implement Supplier Community Investment Program benefitting Burt’s Bees international supplier communities. Identified potential investment opportunities in food security/sustainable agriculture, clean water or women’s empowerment that the 2 NGOs are currently implementing in Burt’s Bees priority countries.
