When Becky Buice first joined Spaugh Dameron Tenny in early 2012, she was tasked with a rather unusual responsibility: to show clients exactly how much the firm loved and appreciated them. This meant understanding the client experience at Spaugh Dameron Tenny, and constantly developing ways to enhance it. Becky spends a significant portion of her time getting to know existing and new clients, and “sharing the Spaugh Dameron Tenny love” through personal touches and special events. Though many clients do not meet her in person, every Spaugh Dameron Tenny client has been touched by the many ways Becky is at work in the practice. From the client newsletter to birthday cards and personalized gifts, Becky’s sure to have a hand in it.As she has grown into her role, Becky’s responsibilities have expanded further. Becky seeks to deepen relationships with teaching hospitals and to forge new relationships in an effort to bring Spaugh Dameron Tenny’s financial education seminar series to wider audiences.“My role here has all the elements of my dream job,” says Becky. “It combines cerebral qualities with artistic ones: I get to work on growing the firm, but I also work on design and other projects that allow me to express myself creatively,” she adds. When she’s not at work, Becky enjoys leading a healthy and active lifestyle that includes lots of yoga, home cooking with fresh produce from her local farmer’s market, and an abundance of family and friends. Becky is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where she graduated with degrees in Kinesiology and French. She currently resides in Birmingham, AL with her husband Jon Buice.
