• Led a portfolio of projects, delivering in excess of £100m annualised efficiencies. Led and managed multi-disciplinary teams and acted as the key interface between programme teams and multiple stakeholders across BT.
• Developed and supported transformation consultants to identify opportunities and develop the enablers to realise the opportunities
• Ensured robust implementation plans were in place to deliver measurable benefits
• Projects within portfolio included end to end profit and loss reviews, shared services review, location strategy and ethernet delivery
