- Key member of the Chick-fil-A team. Responsible for a wide variety of projects ranging from interior store design and signage, to menu board creation and internal client communication pieces. - First Project Manager to leverage RR Donnelley international production capabilities for ongoing client projects, saving costs and freeing up local resources for more involved projects. - Managed the creative and interactive development of a B2B site for Sani Professional. Tasks included database creation and maintenance, online purchasing components, overall site look and feel and corporate hosting implementation. - Project Manager and client liason on The Home Depot account. Responsible for producing the MAP kit ­ a detailed, monthly, large-scale corporate communications kit for The Home Depot, currently used in stores nationwide. - Provide ongoing style development suggestions to help streamline processes and control costs on all projects.

- Provided detailed workflow tracking on a weekly basis to pinpoint areas for improvement, in an effort to continuously provide excellence in the quality of the work produced, as well as efficiency. - Designed ads and special supplements for the newspapers while leading a team of eight other designers. - Managed daily production and workflow for the centralized Ad Production department, which produces work for the Creative Loafing/Weekly Planet newspapers in Atlanta, Tampa, Sarasota and Charlotte. - Instrumental in incorporating the workload from the other cities into the centralized Atlanta production hub.

- Created a more efficient work environment by prioritizing and reorganizing workflow and resources. - Managed daily operations and provided creative support for the WebMD Physician site. - Instrumental in translating ACS Surgery, a cutting-edge surgical reference, from hard copy to an intuitive online format, including interactive medical algorithms, along with a complementary companion CD. - Integrated WebMD Scientific American® Medicine, an authoritative, highly illustrated textbook of internal medicine, into the WebMD Physician site, updated it's look and feel, and provided support for monthly updates. - Worked directly with many departments to create and implement long-term projects such as updates and enhancements to WebMD's user interface design, streamlining download time, and creating interactive health tools for users. - Instrumental in creating completely new look and feel for WebMD's relaunched physician site, launched

- Part of the team that created the prototype for the Healtheon/WebMD site, which led to the acquisition and merger of Medcast with WebMD. - Led a team of designers on a variety of projects from daily production to mini-site creation. - Worked with staff physicians and writers to produce images to compliment and enhance the daily news. - Redesigned the Medcast desktop product into the WebMD Premium product.
