Managed all RI’s utility program implementation contracts in the Southwest, directing program managers in influencing the adoption of energy efficiency programs by commercial, industrial, and residential users. Promoted to lead the program managers responsible for delivering SRP Business Solutions and SW Gas contracts for Nexant. Repositioned Nexant as a true partner and initiated collaboration with all stakeholders on a deeper level including SRP’s Strategic Energy Managers who provide support to SRP's business customers. My scope included management of 20+ employees across engineering operations, customer and contractor outreach, program marketing and business operations, budget management, while exceeding performance related contractual KPIs.

2016-2019: Supervised 6-member commercial program outreach team representing Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart Business Program and Dominion Energy Thermwise Business incentive programs with goal of driving comprehensive energy savings with both gas and electricity in commercial properties. Oversight also included the Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power Wattsmart Business Trade Ally Network operating in 5 states. Deliverables included transformations of customer experience, contractor engagement, overall adoption, software development and regulatory compliance.2015-2019: Developed and coordinated all aspects of State of Utah Energy Code Training Program. Designed innovative training to encourage awareness of International Energy Conservation Code by Utah’s residential and commercial construction industry. Key player behind business development activities that led to winning this contract with the State of Utah. 2011-2016: Program Manager of award-winning Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart New Homes program approving energy efficiency upgrades in 17K homes including 73K individual rebates for advanced building practices resulting in 16M kWh in savings and $4M in rebates. Recognized by ACEEE as exemplary program in 2013 and special recognition by Energy Star Profiles in Leadership for innovative outreach and marketing strategies in 2012.

Successfully supported the Utah based production builder Garbett Homes with their incorporation of GSHP in dozens of their homes and delivered accolades for Utah Geothermal for the most residential GSHP systems installed in Utah.
