• Working alongside the Director to influence the commercial strategy and direction of the business• Human Resources: development of job descriptions, contracts of employment, policies and procedures, sickness/absence procedures, liaison with payroll and sourcing of training and development for the team• Management of all planning, financial and budgetary responsibilities including cash flow management, profit margins, management reports, credit control and keeping annual accounts• Building customer relations by liaising with customers ensuring their needs have been met and expectations passed resulting in customer loyalty• Liaise and develop good working relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery to our customers• Development of a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System to ensure regulatory compliance and to assist in the tendering for contracts• Make sure accurate records are kept, ensuring they are input onto the company database system in a timely manner and meet regulatory requirements• Designing out error through process evaluation and continuous improvement

- Proactive Employee Relations Management, boosting staff morale and teamwork- Create and foster a learning culture- Organisational Development - Identifying methods for continually improving the performance of the company and review of operational procedures and implementation of efficiency gains- Working closely with the board of Directors to influence the commercial business model and how the business interacts with its customers based on an in-depth understanding of the industry and business strategy- Leading, motivating and developing our team to ensure we provide the best customer experience, holding regular team meetings, 121 reviews and identifying training and development needs- Recruitment including innovative ways to source suitable candidates including Apprenticeships, Graduate Recruitment Schemes and a Schools Programme- Development and management of the Induction Programme to support staff settle into the company culture smoothly and quickly- Manage company Health & Wellbeing Strategy including leading a team of Health Advocates- Quality Manager for ISO 9001 accredited Integrated Management System- Development, implementation and training of the performance review process, creating a simple tool for setting and reviewing objectives and as a tool to identify training and development needs- Advise to managers and employees on HR issues/queries, employment law and legislation- Investigator / Adjudicator of disciplinary / grievance hearings ensuring that employees are treated fairly- Build strong relationships with local colleges, universities and training organisations to source the highest quality talent and training courses which meet our specific needs using where applicable available grants and funding- Training Needs Analysis for all new starters, and existing personnel, including safeguarding and statutory training is scheduled to maintain compliance in conjunction with the Management Team

- Providing quality business specific training to the Transfer Agency area based in Henley and Dublin, focusing particularly on product, process and systems- Training needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training activities - Training new recruits and temporary staff to a high standard resulting in seamless team scaling over tax year end
