 Managed multiple projects sponsored by the service teams including: Dividend Scale Reduction – managed this change to modify, test, and implement new dividend calculation in administrative and illustration systems under a very aggressive schedule (4 weeks). Budget: responsible for approximately 40% of $1 million+ project.New product development – served as the business lead in the development of new life insurance products. Earned Certified Business Analyst designation in 2004.
