Growing up in the Midwest, he taught me the value and the rewards of hard work and dedication. This started at a very young age doing chores of all kinds being 1 of 5 daughters of a DIY father!On the job, I learned how to draft plans with pencil and paper, construction and mechanical systems and sales. My father groomed me from a young age to take over the family business at the age of 20.
