Your Home was created in 2017. Working to innovate a new magazine in Naples, FL. I was hired to create SOPs, run operations, ad sales, and create awareness of the new magazine with local business and residents.

Responsible for day to day operations of over 205 Enrollment Centers. Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outsourced customer services to validate individual’s identity and capture biometric and biographic information required to support government background checks for professional licensing, facility access, weapons permits and other government privileges such as TSA Pre✓®. • Responsible for delivering enrollment services and contracts spanning Federal and State government agencies and financial service organizations all the while working remotely and traveling weekly. • Responsible for leading enrollment center operations servicing 1M+ customers annually.• Responsible for 5 management level employees, more than 95 MorphoTrust direct line personnel and more than 340 resources across 150 partners that provide services in approximately 205 retail locations across the Texas and New Mexico.• Increased revenue year over year to $430M in 2016 nationally; 99% fee based revenue stream• National operations team supported the overall doubling of company profits (EBITA) year over year for the past two (2) years

Responsible for launching & organizing the Technical SASR program. This program was created to update the user interface, bring in new equipment to the field, and update software during live enrollment & data collecting. In the Project Manager roll responsibility of rolling-out this highly successful program to the Enrollment Centers across the US including TN, WA, NY and FL. Including 356 technology customers. Created working relationships between the customers and the internal groups affiliated with the development, engineering, production, deployment and final platform for each customer. Created standard operating procedures for communication, training documents and course materials. Responsible for hands-on trainings classrooms of a continually changing groups based on the contracted platforms and both hard and software updates. Responsible for contractual compliance, stakeholder communication, engineering product updates, customer service, initial pilot training and excellence on all levels. • Managed SASR project, and the communication between MorphoTrust, State Contract holders, engineers and other major stakeholders within and outside of MorphoTrust.• Developed, operated, taught and brought hands-on feedback from the field back to all stakeholders with a repeatable process for development, production, deployment & field support for each customer. • Managed communications and project organization for the SASR program reaching hundreds of stakeholders.• Member of the company’s Managerial Mentor and Leadership Development Programs

Managed the U.S. Mountain South region of the enrollment center network for Federal and State identify verification services. Continued to grow the culture of team building and accountability that I started in previous positions and expanded to this larger role. Responsible for all aspects of operations in the region including oversight of over a hundred of enrollment agents including hiring, terminations, promotions, mentoring, and corrective actions.• Integrated the Federal and State operational processes which created efficiencies that previously did not exist within the company• Responsible for leading enrollment center operations servicing 800,000 customers in 2015 to 1M+ customers in 2016• Oversaw and managed the gaps between the requirements of both Federal and State contracts in order to execute optimally across all contracts with more streamlined operational processes

Began with this company on the ground floor. Initially this entailed taking responsibility for the daily operations and customer interactions involved with a TSA Pre ✓® enrollment center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Quickly the successes at this location increased my roles included responsible for all aspects of operations in the region including a team of six Regional Supervisors including oversight of hundreds of enrollment agents and the enrollment centers in which they worked. Worked as the site lead for the company overseeing all airport badging, employee schedules and training. • Created efficiencies in the Enrollment agent role developing templates, SOPs that were never created before and therefore shared with the 6 Supervisors.• Trained Enrollment Agents nation-wide in every region of the U.S. and U.S. Territories, created standard operating procedures for communication, training documents to help develop the team of thousands.• Responsible for mentoring one-on-one with challenged or new employees at the Enrollment Agent level.

I plan all 60-70 weddings Lutsen Resort hosts in a year, along with all family reunions, corporate meetings, and church retreats. Along with event planning I have done some design marketing and social media creative projects for the resort with specials and packages and events. Creating & designing many brochures for different departments.In my spare time ;) I am the social media manger. I have created, developed and manage facebook, twitter, google+, pinterest, youtube, and tumblr for Lutsen Resort.
