Responsible for the delivery of the marketing program to the existing customer base of over 500 enterprise organisations which is nearing 60,000 end users globally. This program supports corporate objectives for existing customer sales revenue and retention. Whilst working closely with both the wider marketing team and Account Management team, a priority was to ensure all customer campaigns are achieving appropriate ROI in line with corporate KPI’s. As part of the customer marketing program, other key responsibilities include: implementing the content/collateral strategy, analysing customer data to identify new opportunities and implementing a webinar series.

Main responsibilities include management of email marketing – using Pardot to create both one-off campaigns as well as automated engagement programs to increase lead generation and conversion within the sales team and across the business. I also coordinate all events including tradeshows, exhibitions, sales seminars and webinars with pre and post marketing, logistics, staffing and marketing material. Other key responsibilities include liaising with key publishing companies, internal communications, social media and managing the LEAP brand across the business ensuring it remains consistent.

As a Marketing Assistant, my responsibilities were widely varied. As well as providing key support to the marketing team, I particularly focused on managing the logistics of all events and working closely with Marketing Executive providing assistance with email marketing. This included the use of A/B testing of both subject lines and CTA positioning to improve click-through rates. Other responsibilities were managing all social media channels: both posting via Hootsuite and creating targeted sponsored ads, working with the print house to coordinate the production of marketing materials and researching opportunities to market within LEAP’s target market sector.

Whilst working at notonthehighstreet I worked closely with the Marketing department to provide ad-hoc assistance. My main responsibility during this time included sorting through stock and preparing all contents ready to be distributed back to partners.
