The Resident Director (RD) promotes a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for students that live in the residence hall and for guests that visit the residence hall. The RD helps to develop students holistically through building relationships with students and training others to do the same. The RD manages the daily operations of the residence hall and works with the Physical Plant office and the Office of Student Life to ensure appropriate physical, social, and academic conditions. The RD is a full-time, 12 month, live-in position.
