In my role as Senior Director, Global HR Business Partner, I led a customer-centric HR delivery model collaborating with C-suite executives and senior leaders in customer success and support, infrastructure cloud operations, and various G&A functions, covering data security and application security products and services. This team comprised HR professionals holding roles such as HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.In my role as the global leader of Talent Management, I led the development and implementation of impactful leadership and management development programs worldwide, alongside global talent and performance management strategies, systems, and initiatives.
