CurrentLeadership of office that provides project management, advocacy and vision for career development initiatives across the University of Minnesota TC Campus and System. Focus on meeting student, alumni, and employer needs through intentionally partnering with all key stakeholder groups as well as staff and faculty. -Professional staff hiring, supervision and coaching-Lead team managing Handshake - a Systemwide SaaS career services management software deployment for all University of Minnesota Career Services. Provide on-going leadership through facilitation of administrative users' group and vendor management.-Provide direction for International Career Consultant whose role is focused on supporting international undergraduate students' career needs.-Manage vendor-based resource contracts and deployments across System campuses, including Goinglobal, InterviewStream, What Can I Do With This Major?, and CandidCareer -Co-lead on Career Integration Initiative - a nationally recognized partnership between Career Services and Learning Abroad to help students articulate the career-relevant value of their learning abroad experience, and to help employers understand the value proposition of hiring students with international experiences.-Co-lead University of Minnesota Job & Internship Fair - Minnesota's largest annual college career fair.Campus Leadership & Service: Career Development Network (CDN) Board; Second Year Experience Advisory Committee; University of Minnesota Job & Internship Fair Executive Committee; Student Affairs Strategic Planning & Assessment Committee; University Business Development Network; Learning Abroad Career Integration Committee; Career Curriculum Implementation; Learning Abroad Curriculum Integration Committee
