Coordinated project management, advocacy and vision for career development initiatives across the University of Minnesota TC campus and System. -Initiated conversations with Alumni Association, System campuses, and MN Workforce Centers to plan first-ever University-wide Job & Internship Fair in March 2004 - now Minnesota's largest annual college career fair.-Project Lead on GoldPASS - a large-scale career services management software deployment for all University of Minnesota Career Services. First, TC campus-wide, and ultimately System-wide. Conducted needs analyses, collaborated with IT through development, usability, and RFP processes including vendor scoring and selection. Worked closely across all System campuses to ensure a smooth transition and implementation. Provided on-going leadership through facilitation of administrative users' group and vendor management.-Led working group of career and advising leaders in advocating for a required curricular core of career-related content for all first- or second-year students and all transfer students.
