I have specialised in operations management, parliamentary secretariat, policy development (primarily in the areas of child protection, health and domestic violence) correspondence and general administration. This has allowed me to engage with high level stakeholders and manage acceptable outcomes. I have also worked with not-for-profit organisations and Boards. I am an efficient operator, always on the look out for new ways to streamline a business while maintaining exceptional quality. I have prepared annual reports, correspondence, reports and briefs, as well as being the final proofreader on critical documents. I pride myself on my attention to detail and always give 100% to every task. In more recent times, I have been managing small business and event related social media platforms for our valued clients. I have really enjoyed learning about a number of different industries and immersing myself into a new world of communication. The guiding principles though remain the same. I work with small businesses to establish a social media strategy, plan creative content and grow their social media followings to further develop their businesses.
