I am an experienced Talent Acquisition and Human Resources professional, but my path of landing in this industry of HR, recruitment and talent acquisition is an unusual one. My professional story began in East Asia where I relocated for a Visiting Scholarship to complete my PhD (of all things), about all things Chinese. That was one interesting year which found me in executive search the next. Unbeknownst to me and to most recruiters I meet, we often enter the industry without knowing much about it and without a plan to be a recruiter. But when you realize that you earn fulfillment by being able to enhance the quality of someone's life with a job offer, even change the trajectory of their life sometimes, then you stick with it.I use data-driven recruitment analytics and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to senior management in the areas of: Sourcing Channels, NPS, KPIs, Retention, Attrition, Employee Engagement, Compensation, Benefits, Succession Planning, Talent Mapping, and Recruitment.I have a solid track record of implementing increased efficiency through the adoption of tech within: Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday, ADP, Avature and more), CRM, PMO, HRIS (Peoplesoft, SAP, ADP plus more), and Recruitment Advertising.
