Walter's Cube is a social virtual reality platform for art galleries, museums and auction houses to share the experience of an exhibition with collectors and visitors that can't physically visit the space.

Led and managed the project management team accountable for all of ISE's global and US-based strategic and operational projects. With parent company, directed a three-year $120m program to jointly develop a best-in-class, global trading system. Engaged to "rescue" a $40m program to deliver 2 managed state-of-the-art data centers for ISE's new trading system. Designed an Enterprise-Wide Roadmap to provide a snapshot of project health, status and link to organizational goals. Created cross-functional governance groups to improve prioritization and decision quality. Re-designed the project approval lifecycle to increase visibility and raise awareness. Introduced phased gating to verify value proposition and support release management protocols. Created a range of other project management processes and controls around resources, budget, change control and risk management.

Managed the company's largest, single-year project budget and mobilized an international team of 80+ to deliver a high-risk business critical program to introduce mandatory tax changes. Managed numerous other strategic and tactical projects.Led merger teams, post acquisition of two firms. In addition to delivering restructure, downsizing and integration projects, introduced project management fundamentals.Created a project management training function to expand the company's capability at 3 levels, as well as using team instruments (Belbin and MBTI). Founding member of the business transformation program office, that built capability from Level 1 to Level 4 (CMMI-equivalent). Established governance structure, with gating checkpoints.
