I have a background in Health Science and Marketing and have built a career mostly within the not for profit sector where I was primarily the events specialist. I have experience and skills in community engagement, client management, and marketing and communications. I have proven experience in coordinating promotional activities including digital marketing, public relations, and writing content for advertising. At PHS, I am responsible for developing strategies and tactics to boost our company’s profile and reputation, as well as tracking and analysing the performance of campaigns in line with our brand identity and company objectives.In 2019, I was appointed Brand and Culture Manager. My all-encompassing role includes managing human resources and guiding PHS’s long-term objectives to meet business needs and requirements. I also manage recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees, as well as contributing to building a positive company culture.As hydrographic surveying is a fairly unknown and niche industry, I am passionate about promoting and increasing the understanding and importance of hydrography and how it effects Australia's economy.
