As Executive Vice President, Todd grew and managed a team of over 80 professionals across ten geographies, overseeing four related and essential functions: Research and Evaluation, Training, Program Delivery and Innovation. Todd worked along side the CEO and other executives that led marketing and HR, to ensure the constant evolution of The Future Project's ability to deliver on its mission in fifty schools, in very diverse settings, constantly integrating insights, learning, and research on human development and human potential, both externally and internally, Todd ensured that programs, experiences, training, and hands-on delivery evolved and improved year over year, to better meet the desired outcomes of the organization, while increasing operational efficiency and standardizing best practices to provide a strong foundation for new growth.

Developed and instilled within the organization best practices for innovation directed at the organization's core mission of unlocking each young person's greatest potential. Enabled the organization to better utilize research and insights, from both internal and external sources, to improve upon existing programs and products, and develop completely new programs and ideas. The merger married Studio Archetype's brand and experience expertise with Sapient's technology expertise. As VP of people strategy, Todd was instrumental in merging the company's pool of talent, and adapting processes from both companies to work seamlessly together.

Studio Archetype (now merged with Sapient) was a powerhouse pioneer setting the standard for how to design, build and manage brand experiences in a digital age. Studio Archetype was instrumental in teaching the world how to take web sites from marketing pages to powerful business and brand engines. The company was also one of the first to develop and grow the design and technology skills needed to take advantage of a digital era.Todd started with Studio Archetype leading brand integration (a new discipline that married design with technology), but was soon selected to open and lead the Atlanta office as the company grew. There he helped take UPS from a paper-based shipping company, to a leader in shipping, tracking and logistics on the web. Eventually, Todd went on to become VP of operations, overseeing the operation of the company's multiple offices, and pioneering and overseeing the development of emerging skill sets necessary to take full advantage of branding and business building in the digital age.Key client engagements included UPS, Coca-Cola, IBM, and many leading internet start-up companies.

The Legal Aid Society–Employment Law Center promotes the stability of low-income and disadvantaged workers and their families by addressing issues that affect their ability to achieve self-sufficiency. Using the law as a tool, the LAS–ELC helps workers attain financial security by preserving their employment opportunities. Todd assisted in litigating several cases involving the civil liberties of gays and lesbians, and women in the workplace.Todd also practiced privately, litigating on the behalf of a wide range of companies.
