Alongside coaching at F45 Christchurch City, I worked a FOH hospitality role at a small gelato shop in Riverside. My duties included setting up the shop each day, managing the stock level and maintaining cleanliness of the space.

Hamilton Island, Whitsundays

During my time on Hamilton Island I worked in a variety of hospitality roles, including housekeeping, team leading, and waitressing. Housekeeping at the Reef View Hotel taught me the importance of time management, supported heavily by team work. Becoming permanent in the bungalows allowed me to take additional pride in my work spaces and assigned rooms.

Otago & Southland, New Zealand

During my final year of study I was employed by the University of Otago at The Marsh Study Centre café, as a cafe assistant, working anywhere from 5-20 hours per week. The university provided me with barista training prior and during my employment, which enabled me to be confident in my coffee making skills. My other roles include maintaining the café.

Timaru

I took up a seasonal position at MA orchards in 2017, thinning apple at their various orchard locations around Timaru. The work was independent and self-driven, so as a result I strived to complete my rows to a very high standard.

Dunedin

During my university studies I worked at Emerson's Taproom in Dunedin. The knowledge I gained in the area of brewing allowed me to have great pride in the product I was selling, making it easy and enjoyable to go to work.

During my final year of high school, I worked approximately 3-4 nights a week at Lonestar Timaru mainly as front of house (FOH). My role consisted of waitressing tables in a specified section, running meals and drinks, seating tables as Maitre’D and generally working as a team to give great service. Lonestar provided me with FOH, cocktail and Maitre’D.

In 2014 I was offered 2 months of holiday work as an earthworks labourer which consisted of cleaning worksites, preparing surfaces and operating small equipment.
