I’m Becs – a passionate, dynamic and pragmatic executive coach and leadership development consultant, with over 20 years corporate experience, leading global learning & talent teams.My mission is to empower leaders to be their most confident, authentic selves and inspire them to feel, think and do things differently, so that they can enjoy greater impact, fulfilment and success.Myself and my team of trusted partners provide support across the 3 levels of leadership that are critical to creating inclusive and empowering cultures - all of which need to work effectively to enable long term, sustainable success:1) The Individual – helping leaders to develop the inner resources and skills to lead with confidence, create happy high performing teams and achieve their personal and organisational goals. 2) The Team – helping leadership teams to become truly cohesive and create the best environment for everyone to thrive, so that success seems effortless. 3) The Organisation – consulting with organisations to ensure they have the right strategy and support in place to bring out the best in their people. A core specialism of mine, and one that I'm particularly passionate about, is helping leaders to overcome Imposter Syndrome. Something that is actually very common (known to affect 70% of us), yet so rarely openly talked about, and one of the biggest blockers to unlocking both individual and organisational performance and potential. I fiercely believe in the opportunity that exists in opening up the dialogue around Imposter Syndrome in the workplace and enabling leaders to help both themselves and their teams.I have extensive experience working with both smaller independent organisations and large PLCs, across a number of sectors spanning medical, automotive retail, hospitality, food manufacturing, utilities, tech, financial services and not for profit. This breadth of experience brings versatility to my thinking and flexibility in my approach, which I draw on when working with my clients. I work at a deep level, getting to the core of my clients' challenges and providing both the support and challenge needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
