I’ve always been known as ‘the guy who gets things sorted’, even in my earlier roles. As an established senior leader, people still say the same thing. At an Executive level, the ‘getting things sorted’ means developing strategy, business models and frameworks which expedite growth in a scalable, simple way.Inquisitive by nature, I want to know why, not just how and when; that’s how I’ve made a difference in the businesses I’ve worked in. Although I’m often a catalyst for change, I never pretend I do it alone; it’s about the team.
